Trinity XX
A Solemn Mass will be sung for the Twentieth Sunday after Trinity on Sunday 18 October at 10:30am.
The liturgy for this Sunday turns our hearts towards the bountiful goodness and mercy of Almighty God. We pray to be preserved from all that may harm us, so that, strengthened and made ready in body and soul, we may cheerfully accomplish those things which He commands.
All the faithful are warmly invited to assist at this Solemn Mass, said according to Divine Worship: The Missal (Ordinariate Use).
Music list:
Setting: W. A. Mozart – Missa Trinitatis
Gradual: Charles Wood – Oculi omnium
Anthem: Edgar Bainton – And I saw a new heaven

All people that on earth do dwell (NEH, 334);

Collect:
O ALMIGHTY and most merciful God: of thy bountiful goodness keep us, we beseech thee, from all things that may hurt us; that we, being ready both in body and soul, may cheerfully accomplish those things which thou commandest; through Jesus Christ thy Son our Lord, who liveth and reigneth with thee, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, ever one God, world without end. Amen.
