There will be the traditional Good Friday devotion of Maria Desolata at 6.30pm.

In this moving form of the Stations of the Cross, the usual order is reversed, inviting the faithful to accompany Our Lady as she returns home from Calvary. In prayer and silence, we retrace the sorrowful path of the Passion from her perspective, meditating on the sufferings of her Son and the desolation of a mother who has witnessed His death.

This devotion offers a particularly poignant way to enter into the mystery of Good Friday, contemplating not only the Passion of Our Lord, but also the steadfast faith and sorrow of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

All are warmly encouraged to attend, especially those who may not have experienced this beautiful tradition before.
