A Solemn Mass will be sung for the Vigil of the Nativity of Our Lord Jesus Christ on Tuesday 24 December at 6:30pm.

This holy Vigil ushers us into the wondrous mystery of the Incarnation, as we keep watch in joyful expectation for the birth of our Saviour. On this sacred night, the Church prepares to welcome the true Light who comes into the world, and to rejoice in the dawning of our redemption.

A solemn procession to the Crib will be made, as we honour the Christ Child and adore Him who for our salvation was born of the Virgin Mary.

O GOD, who makest us glad with the yearly remembrance of the birth of thy only Son Jesus Christ: grant that as we joyfully receive him as our Redeemer, we may with sure confidence behold him when he shall come again to be our Judge, who liveth and reigneth with thee, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, ever one God, world without end.
