Msgr Keith Newton
The Ordinary

Msgr Newton is the head of the Personal Ordinariate of Our Lady of Walsingham. He studied at Kings College London and became a priest of the Church of England in 1976.

As an Anglican clergyman, Msgr Newton served in Essex, Malawi, and Bristol before being made Bishop of Richborough in 2002.

After being received into the Catholic Church in January 2011, Msgr Newton was ordained to the Catholic priesthood and appointed the first ordinary of the Personal Ordinariate of Our Lady of Walsingham.


Fr Mark Elliott Smith
The Rector

Fr Elliott Smith is the Rector (Parish Priest) of Our Lady of the Assumption & St Gregory, Warwick Street.

Before his ordination to the Catholic priesthood in 2011, Fr Mark served as an Anglican clergyman in Tottenham.

He has been pastor of the London (Central) Ordinariate Group since 2011.
